A message from the SME PTO President:
This is our first PTO meeting of the school year! The Board has approved our annual budget, and we’ll walk through it together. We’d love to see you there.
Since it’s our first meeting, a quick introduction for those I haven’t met: I’m Katie Facchinello. This is my family’s second year at Stone Mountain and my first as PTO Board President. And, somewhat ironically as I invite you to a meeting, I’m not a meetings person. That’s actually how I got involved with the PTO last year. I found ways to help that worked with my schedule, got to know the people behind everything the PTO does, and somehow ended up here. You do not have to come to PTO meetings to be involved. You can learn a little more about us, our committees, and how to get involved HERE.
